This site is operated by the clinical practice of Dr. Aditya & Akhila ("we", "us", "our"). Dr. Aditya is a registered family physician practising in India. Akhila is a clinical nutritionist. References to "the Programme" mean the 90-day PCOS Metabolic Programme described on this site.

The services offered through this site include a paid clinical assessment call (₹97) and, where appropriate, enrolment into the Programme. The services constitute personalised medical, nutritional and lifestyle guidance.

Nothing on this site constitutes a diagnosis on its own. A clinical relationship begins only after the assessment call and, where applicable, written confirmation of enrolment.

Our services are not intended for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call your local emergency number or attend the nearest hospital immediately.

You must be 18 years or older to book a call. You agree that the information you provide during booking and during the call is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. We rely on this information to design any clinical guidance.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

The ₹97 assessment fee is fully refundable if you finish the call and feel no clarity was gained on your specific case. Please review our separate Refund Policy for full conditions.

All content on this site, including text, graphics, branding, protocols and audio/video, is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, redistribute or commercially exploit any portion without prior written permission.

You agree not to misuse this site (including by attempting to bypass security, scrape content at scale, or interfere with service operation). We may suspend access at our discretion in cases of suspected misuse.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of this site or services is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the city where our practice is registered.
